
River Watch completed water monitoring at three sites along the Middle River on Tuesday afternoon. They complete a variety of tests, record the data, and then submit it to a larger site so that other organizations can use it too.

The softball game against TRF has been postponed for today, April 26th. There will be practice for all levels after school tonight.


The JV Softball Tournament that was to be played in Greenbush on Saturday, April 23rd has been cancelled.

Boys Basketball Potluck Banquet will be held on Thursday, March 24th for all 7th-12th players and families at 6:30 at the Tri-County School Cafeteria. 7th grade - Salads, 8th grade - dessert, Grades 9th-12th grades - main dish. Senior parents decorate at 5:30, Junior parents help setup at 6:00 and 9th-10th parents clean up


There will be a team dinner on Friday, March 18th at Humblebees in Newfolden for players in 7-12th grade after practice.

The Newfolden Elementary Book Fair is OPEN! It will be open during school hours this week (March 15-18th) and also open during conferences on Thursday, March 17th from 1-7pm at the High School Library.


Ms. Hestekinds classes celebrated Pi day today. They had to find Pi by measuring the circumference and diameter of a donut using licorice.


Pep band Students and Parents: Pep Band is playing at the Ralph Engelstad Arena for the Boys Playoff Game on Tuesday. Students should arrive to the music room no later than 4:00 p.m. for check-in. Bus will leave MCC at 4:15 p.m. Students will perform, stay for the game, and ride the bus back to school after the game.

The MCC Freeze Frame Robotics Teams A and C (5450A and 5450 C) went to the State VEX Robotics Competition this past weekend in Saint Cloud. There were 60 of the best VEX robotics teams in the state in the competition. The students and their robots competed well. Team A (5450 A) ended the qualification matches with a ranking of 16th and thus was able to be an Alliance captain in the elimination matches. Team C 5450C (all first year robotics students) ended up ranking 38th.
