Upcoming Parent Presentation: On Monday, March 16th (the night of Parent-Teacher Conferences), parents are invited to attend informational sessions on High School Graduation Requirements from 6:30-7:00 pm in Room 104 and College Credit Options from 7:00-7:30 pm in Room 104


Miller Formal will be at the high school on Thursday, March 19th during study hall for anyone interested in renting a tux for Prom on April 18th. A $50 deposit is required that day. They will deliver the tuxes to the school the Friday before prom and will pick up on Sunday.


Students in elective science had to design and construct a chair made entirely out of cardboard and glue that would support the students for the latest project. The 8th grade girls designed and built a functional rocking cardboard chair!#gofreeze



Delicious Indian food cooked by Gourmet Cooking students today included: Butter Chicken, Prawn Biryani, Coconut Butter Cauliflower, and Indian Pepper Steak, all served up with homemade Naan (Indian flatbread) and basmati rice. #gofreeze




The 7th graders earned treat day/free day today in PE. They always follow rules and are kind to each other. It’s a joy to spend time with them everyday!#gofreeze

Bethany Helmeke and Emma Blank went to UMC with Ms. Melgaard to attend the 17th Annual Water Quality Monitoring Training on Monday. They learned about the standard operating procedures for water monitoring and took the test to become certified in water quality monitoring.





Advanced Sewing students finished their quilt pillows today!#gofreeze


Due to no other school being able to provide a pep band, MCC has been asked to play @ the girls basketball game tomorrow night @ Crookston. Leave time is 4:00, please be ready @ 3:45. Bus will leave from the MCC High School loop.#gofreeze


In honor of Bus Driver Appreciation Day, Gourmet Cooking students served up fresh, homemade donuts. Thank you, transportation crew, for all you do!



The work on the tiny house is coming along. It made its way to Central Boiler over the weekend and had spray foam applied. Today students prepped the studs for the finish work to begin. A HUGE thank you to Central Boiler for donating the foam for the tiny house. #gofreeze





Boys Basketball Pigtail Playoff Game will be held on Friday, February 28th in Stephen @ 7:00pm. Good Luck!


Congratulations Freeze Girls Basketball on playoff win 60-40 against Fisher-Climax. Girls play next Thursday vs. Red Lake County Central at 6:00 at UMC.

Gourmet Cooking II students prepared homemade pizzas this week. They made Chicken Alfredo, Caramelized Zucchini, Margarita, and Smores. They were delicious!





Fitness Class had a Circuit day! They did it all and they did it well!
