MCC Weather Announcement for 2-18-2025:
Due to extreme cold, school and buses will be two hours late on Tuesday, February 18. There is no musical practice, knowledge bowl, or morning activities.

MCC Schedule Note for Sunday, February 16:
There is no elementary open gym on Sunday.
Freeze Hoops is hosting their year end party for grades 3-4 at 1 pm to 2:30 pm in the high school main gym. Party for grades 5-6 will be from 2:30 pm-4 pm.
High School Student Open Gym Time will be from 4 pm to 6 pm.

Bus/School Safety Reminder:
When dropping off at our Newfolden Elementary west door, please wait your turn in line and have children exit when it is your turn at the entry. We had a vehicle this morning pass cars and a few of our school buses that were in line before stopping abruptly and letting a child out and helping them carry something. This stop arm violation was reported.
If you need to do business in the school or help your child bring something in, it is best to park on the country road south side 20 minute parking or east parking lot and then walk into school.
MCC Dog Bus Route Families: There will be a delay this morning. Adam estimates Dog bus will be running about 15 minutes late.

Emma will share her powerful story that propelled her to share from her painful experience to help others find hope.
Emma is presenting to students from MCC, WAO, and Stephen-Argyle during the school day. She will also share her powerful message in the evening. The event will take place in the Marshall County Central Gym in Newfolden. The evening event starts at 5:00 pm and includes a dinner, resource fair, and presentation.
The event is free and resources will be available from event sponsors to help with Mental Health and Suicide prevention.
