Work continues outside on the high school loop, east parking lot, and Newfolden elementary parking. Inside, retrofit for sprinkler work is nearly completed for this phase and prepping is ready for installation of roof reinforcement for science rooms and Mr. Warne's room. Pavement will be coming mid-month and foundations for new additions in late August.

Rescheduled day for football camp is Tuesday, August 1 from 6 pm to 8pm. This is make up for the session cancelled due to heat index.
Football Camp for Wednesday, July 26 is postponed due to heat index. We will still have the football camp tomorrow (Thursday, July 27) and one day next week To be Determined. Stay cool! We'll see campers tomorrow!
Sanford Health is sponsoring "Be the Voice" Mental Health and Suicide Awareness Event on Tuesday, August 22. The event kicks off with a 1K, 3K, or 5K race and includes an Expo and keynote speaker John Peter, 5 time section coach of the year who suffered mental health collapse and now is a vocal mental health advocate. New bus #2 arrived today! It is a 71 passenger 2024 Bluebird.
Today we retired "old bus 2". Old bus 2 was a 1999 Bluebird Model Year 59 passenger transit bus. It put on 265,958 miles. We are trading it in to make way for new bus #2.

Marshall County Central Schools is seeking an Industrial Technology Teacher for the 2023-2024 School Year. Preferred applicants would have a teaching license in Industrial Technology, Construction Careers, Manufacturing Careers, or Agriculture Education. Persons with a teaching license in another area, four year degree, person with a professional certificate, or person with 5 years relevant work experience in related fields are also welcome to apply.

Important Note: Starting Thursday, June 14 until completion the bus loop at the high school will be closed due to construction. All parking for open gym, weight room, summer practices, and events will need to be in the west parking lot. The loop will not be accessible for parking and we will close the main entrance.
We will be using the Southwest door as our temporary main access to the high school building and office. The southwest and northwest doors will be open up for open weight room/gym, strength/agility, and team practices.
Construction is underway! Davidson construction is onsite clearing the area east of the high school. They removed the large pine trees that were adjacent to east side of the school this morning.
Important Note: The high school loop will be closed this week. Most likely Wednesday evening. Please utilize the West parking area as loop and east parking lot will be closed. We will utilize the southwest entrance as our main entrance during this phase of construction.
Please join us in sending off our track athletes to state Wednesday, June 7 at 8:30 a.m.
Plan is to meet in front of Newfolden Elementary and join in cheering and clapping as athletes are escorted on their way!!
